Hands down one of the best classics around, don’t be fooled by the name, this gem is definitely not sour. This is where I think it needs a kick, it’s actually too sweet. Amaretto needs a friend to give it a backbone, my suggestion is Bourbon. It works a treat. Warning, they are very easy to drink and go down fast π Enjoy!
